Usually I’m a stout/porter guy, but the ‘Top of the Hops’ festival in June introduced me to Kasteel Rouge. Since then I’ve been infatuated with fruit beers. Cerise is certainly excellent. I already have plans for a keg of Dark Horse Tres in December.
