After the Show # 4 | “Balance”
Once we stopped the camera for our Kate the Great review, we couldn’t stop talking about the balance of this thing. We felt that it was what made this beer so amazing. And even though it had very little age on it, the boozy burn we got from the initial aromas had all but disappeared. This key element of our experience alone was what caused us to rate it so highly. It proves once again that you don’t have to make your Imperial Stouts too big and bombastic for them to be great. This is a recipe worthy of the hype…

I believe it has port oak chips added to it i believe, but i might be wrong. im sitting on one myself. waiting for graduation to bust it open!
