After the Show # 6 | “Chewiness”
It’s always nice to have someone to share amazing beers with. This one was no exception. And right after we got done reviewing this beer, we couldn’t stop talking about how chewy it was on the palate. In fact, Tim knew this would be a big beer based solely on the Original Gravity (OG) and Final Gravity (FG) found on the back of the beer label. We’re pretty confident that if you don’t truly understand what “chewy” means as it relates to beer, you definitely will once you try this monstrous brew from Jester King.

finishing with a high FG is not that hard and you don’t have to add any sugar of any kind just mash in at a higher temp. The beer I brewed and have been talking to Mark about has a FG of 1.030 OG of 1.120 thats 13.6% ABV in case you were wondering
Or you could add in unfermentable sugars, such as a milk stout.
