Playlist # 4 | “Inspiring Food Vids”
It’s true that craft beer is really the heart of this website, but who doesn’t love a good bite of food as well? Today I’m sharing three truly amazing videos with you that focus on various types of foodstuff. And they’ve all been very inspirational to me in one way or another because it’s really the craft and passion of these folks that motivate me to learn more about what they’re doing. Whether it’s artisan chocolate made by hipsters, rare fruits in remote locations, or basil pesto (one of my absolute favorite things on earth to eat), I think you’ll find something to love about all of these videos. CHEERS!

That pesto looks absolutely delicious.

I KNOW! I want to try making it like that now. I usually just use a food processor, but this seems to be much better. And I really liked using just sheets of pasta.

I agree. The sheets of pasta looked just as good as the pesto. I would kill to try that dish.

What’d you think of those beards! Almost as impressive as the chocolate no?

simply amazing lol

Impressive beards for sure. I’d love to just let mine grow for like a year and see where it ends up.

Sweet! Glad you enjoyed them, too. More to come for sure…

Have you had any of the Mast Bros. stuff? It’s – unsurprisingly – delicious. A shadowy group of chocolate elites over here in the UK known as the ‘Chocolate Society’ started importing it a few months ago and I’ve thus far splurged on two bars: The 2010 Grand Cru and one of the coffee ones.
Anyway, great playlist.

I have had a couple of them. They are definitely really good, but a bit too pricy for me to buy them very often.

Yeah, no arguments there. I only bought the two bars I’ve enjoyed because they were on an introductory special offer.

A quick bit of research indicated that The Fruit Hunters film is based off of a book by Adam Gollner: http://www.amazon.com/Fruit-Hunters-Adventure-Commerce-Obsession/dp/0743296958/ref=sr_1_4?ie=UTF8&qid=1315105735&sr=8-4
I am going to read this book ASAP.
